Returns & Exchanges
For apparel and merchandise, we will accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery. Please email us at 7FourteenTen@gmail.com for directions and reason for exchanges.
7 Fourteen Ten Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Our hair and mink eyelashes are FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation. NO returns or exchanges. If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at 7FourteenTen@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY within 3 business days. If your item is defective we will allow an exchange. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. For hair, hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or processed in anyway. If our company decides to take your product back, we will notify you and you are responsible for the shipping and shipping MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed. We REQUIRE a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. Please allow 3-5 days processing for returns.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY EXCHANGE.
After order is placed please allow 3-5 business days to process and verify credit card authorization before we ship out your order. During this time, you will receive a tracking number via email. Generally shipping takes about 2-3 days. When your order is shipped we will email you with a tracking number. We only shipped to the address provided via Paypal. After orders are placed we are unable to change shipping addresses. In the event that your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and comes back to us, we will notify you via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday. We strongly suggest not booking a hair appointment until you have received your order.

When you submit a form through this Site, we will maintain your information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Any financial information is not stored or used by us as all our transactions are made within the PayPal or Stripe platforms which do not retain any financial information once the transaction has been processed.
